Terms and Conditions for Bargain Buyz Wholesale Account
By creating a Wholesale Account with Bargain Buyz, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Wholesale Account Eligibility: To be eligible for wholesale pricing, you must meet one of the following criteria: a) Purchase a minimum of 3 or more units of the same item. b) Spend a minimum of R1500 on your order.
Wholesale Pricing: Wholesale pricing is available only for qualifying orders as outlined in point 1. The wholesale price will be reflected during the checkout process and is subject to change without prior notice.
Account Verification: We reserve the right to verify your eligibility for a Wholesale Account. We may request additional information or documentation to confirm your business status or order requirements.
Resale Purpose: Wholesale purchases should be made with the intention of resale. The items purchased under the Wholesale Account should not be used for personal consumption.
Order Processing: Orders placed under the Wholesale Account are subject to the same order processing times and terms as regular orders. We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner, but please note that certain factors, such as product availability and shipping restrictions, may affect order processing times.
Wholesale Account Termination: Bargain Buyz reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Wholesale Account without prior notice if the account holder violates these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, or misuses the wholesale pricing privilege.
Product Availability: Wholesale pricing is subject to product availability. In the event that an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a refund for the affected item(s).
Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges. Payment for wholesale orders must be made in full before the order is shipped or collected.
Return Policy: Our standard return policy applies to wholesale orders. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for detailed information on returning or exchanging items.
